The dumplings tasted great. I ordered two in total. They tasted really good. The skin was so thin that it shrank quickly after being steamed. The filling inside was a big dumpling with plenty of ingredients.

Many ordinary houses near Insadong have been converted into shops, and this one is no exception. There are many foreign diners in the store. The menu is in both Korean and English, and there are pictures on the menu, which is very friendly to people who are not good at English. The dumplings here are different from those in China. Chinese dumplings are crescent-shaped, while Korean dumplings are large and round, more like steamed buns... Kaesong Dumpling Soup is the signature dish of "Palace". I ordered one portion, which contained six dumplings. I have a big mouth, so I stuffed them into my mouth in one bite. Then it felt like eating a pan-fried dumpling in one bite. I couldn't swallow it, and I couldn't spit it out. Later I learned the correct way to eat it is to put a dumpling on a plate and pour a spoonful of dipping sauce on it. Then use a spoon to pierce the dumplings into 4 small pieces, and then you can easily enjoy the delicious dumplings.

Traditional dumplings are served with delicious traditional porridge. The filling of the dumplings is pork. There are choices of adding kimchi or not. They are still very delicious. Remember to mix the kimchi in, it tastes better.
