M25***40I ordered a dish I was very familiar with in the Chinese restaurant, sweet and sour pork, which was cooked in a very traditional way, similar to the one in my hometown. It tasted good, with a moderate sweetness and sourness. However, I was not used to the noodles with soybean paste, and I felt that the old Beijing style was better.

I spent a few days in Korea and had the best jajangmyeon. It was covered in thick sauce, and you could tell from just a quick photo with your phone that it was filled with lots of ingredients. The dumplings were also delicious, crispy on the outside and full of fillings on the inside. I accept it as a carbohydrate bomb, as long as it tastes good, hahaha. Everyone, come and try it too.
I ordered the signature dish - Zhajiangmian, which was filled with chopped meat. The noodles and sauce blended together naturally, and the noodles were chewy and I was able to mix them until the end. The sauce was also generous and it tasted very satisfying.
Shinseung Restaurant is always packed, so it's best to go outside of peak hours or make a reservation. Their signature dish, "Sea Urchin Jajangmyeon" (sea urchin jajangmyeon), costs 10,000 won and is truly delicious.
It is an old store, the service attitude is excellent, the quality of the products is also excellent, and the most important thing is that the price is so reasonable. I will definitely come here often in the future.
