M63***96After visiting Chinatown, I walked to the famous Simpson Market and had to try their famous fried chicken. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to get my hands on their chicken. Taste-wise, I thought it was pretty good. I got a mix of regular fried chicken and spicy sauce chicken. I preferred the regular fried chicken, but the spicy sauce was good too. If you don't like spicy food, be sure to ask for it without the sauce!

The chicken was incredibly crispy, deep-fried to a crisp, and the seasoning was sweet and spicy. The reddish syrup was flavored with chili oil and chili peppers. You have to try it at least once in Incheon, so I thought it was worth it. Even though it was lunchtime on a weekday, I still lined up to buy it.
The chicken karaage was very good, fried till crispy and looked like a snack. The seasoning was sweet and spicy.
