I didn&#39;t miss the truffle season at Three Williams this year! Although it&#39;s ugly and black, it&#39;s a high-end ingredient after all. The truffle flavor in the store is so strong. The truffle chicken breast I ate was really delicious with the sweet corn puree at the bottom (although it was a bit salty). The chicken breast itself is quite tender, but it&#39;s boring to eat it alone. With this salty and fragrant sauce, plus mushrooms and truffles, your mouth is full of happiness!

The last time I went to an online red store, I said that I had to line up to 100 on the weekend. I directly ordered a takeaway. This time I chose to book a place on weekdays. His dishes are indeed more valuable. The signboard of his house is very delicious. This time the amount seems to be more than the last time. The amount of noodles is much less. Some salads are gone. I heard that there is still a full-time butcher who selects the best meat for the restaurant. The main dish, aged ribeye, was cooked to medium doneness. The meat was tender and juicy. The portion was very large. The bacon and bone marrow in the appetizers were also good. The wine list is rich with many choices. The restaurant environment and service are both excellent. It is a steak house worth trying [cute]

I love those humble vegetables, carrots, and parmesan in the form of foam, which is really light as a feather and heavy as a mountain. I love the three kinds of milk. There are smooth pannacotta, dulce de leche (similar to toffee) and cloud-like airy goat yogurt foam. They are icing on the cake when paired together.

Although the restaurant doesn&rsquo;t look like much you should not be fooled! The food is amazing and we went through most of the menu between the 6 of us. Everyone was happy! Just splendid!!! Note it&rsquo;s a bring your own wine place and the bottle shop across the street doesn&rsquo;t have the best selection or temperature of the wine&hellip;.
