123yeahAfter seven days of hiking the EBC Grand Circuit, from Thame to Surke, our seven-day, 183km trek has finally come to an end. This journey was truly special; thinking back now makes me miss those days spent hiking through the snow-capped mountains. 🏔️
On our last day, while resting at Namche Bazaar, we discovered the incredibly relaxing Rainbow Bar. This small pub, located at RP36+94V, Namche Marg, was the perfect place for our group of hikers to relax! I highly recommend trying their handmade bread and curry. The second-floor terrace offers breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains!
A few helpful tips:
1. Warm up with a hot beer after your hike; it's a unique Nepali treat.
2. Visit between 2 and 4 pm when it's least crowded and allows for a quieter view of the snow-capped mountains.
3. Bring cash! Credit cards incur a 5% processing fee.
