在乌兰巴托吃过几种餐厅路边小破店，网红餐厅都有但如果在乌兰巴托只吃一餐的话我会推荐这家：🍴Mongolian&rsquo;s Restaurant📍香格里拉商场4楼这家餐厅环境特别好，会用蒙古独特的物品作为装饰✔️sweet spicy horse meat甜辣味的马肉，如果没吃过马肉可以试下（对不起马马！），口味还挺奇特的✔️mongolians tsulvan蒙古炒面，超大一盘，肉也多，但感觉有点干，没有我们中国的炒面好吃✔️sheep head soup羊头汤，好喝！味道非常鲜美✔️beef liver pudding牛肝布丁，一种又粗糙又细腻的感觉，内脏爱好者可以试试✔️peach orange smoothie桃子橘子饮料，有些甜，但造型不错💰两人点了4菜1甜品才300，并且根本吃不完，一般两个人100出头就够了！🪑有的人说预定，但我们是非工作日中午来，店里还有好几个座位，就直接入座了 #乌兰巴托美食

This restaurant has a particularly nice ambiance, decorated with unique Mongolian items.

✔️Sweet Spicy Horse Meat: Sweet and spicy horse meat. If you&#39;ve never tried horse meat before, you should give it a try (sorry, horse!). The flavor is quite unique.

✔️Mongolians Tsulvan: Mongolian fried noodles. A huge plate with lots of meat, but it felt a bit dry and not as good as our Chinese fried noodles.

✔️Sheep Head Soup: Sheep head soup. Delicious! The flavors were incredibly delicious!

✔️Beef liver pudding: A beef liver pudding with a texture that&#39;s both coarse and smooth &ndash; a must-try for offal lovers!

✔️Peach orange smoothie: A peach and orange drink, a bit sweet, but beautifully presented.

💰We ordered four dishes and one dessert for two people for only 300 rupees, and we couldn&#39;t possibly finish it all. Usually, it would only cost a little over 100 rupees for two people!

🪑Some people say to make reservations, but we came on a weekday at lunchtime, and there were still several seats available, so we just sat down.

This is the third Modern Nomads I&#39;ve been to in Ulaanbaatar. The decoration inside the restaurant is pretty good.
The menu is quite complete. Lamb, beef, horse meat, chicken, and pork are all available. The price is also quite affordable.
I ordered a salad, soup, and a main course, and it only cost more than 100 yuan.
For service, you still need to take the initiative to greet the waiter before he will come. In addition, there is a language barrier, and English is not very useful here. It doesn&#39;t have any other impact

Blood sausage ingredients: sheep intestines, sheep blood. Sheep blood is the product of killing sheep using the Mongolian heart-dig-out method.
