By far one of the best restaurants in Amman. I&rsquo;ve been really impressed by the dining venues at the St. Regis Amman hotel, and Tamara is surely one of them. The dining area and decor are elegant and chic.

The restaurant is on the second floor of the Fairmont Amman Hotel. The environment is nice and the service is good. But the portion is a little small for me. The seven of us spent more than 500 JOD in total. Because it was quite exquisite, I didn&rsquo;t seem to be full. Next time I will go to the third floor to try the Arabic food. You can try it if you have time.
