Heisei GirlI have never seen a three-star Michelin restaurant with such high value for money🌟🌟🌟
As expected of Hokkaido: without the pretentiousness of some high-end French restaurants in Tokyo, this restaurant really focuses on making delicious food, and it is a very orthodox French restaurant🇫🇷.
Steamed whole Ezo abalone (fried with a layer of black bread crumbs on the surface), paired with squid ink risotto, the whole dish is novel and delicious😋
Other impressive dishes include: burdock soup (so rich and fragrant🥲) and the final dessert - from king cake to cream Savarin with Japanese sake🍶, to Strawberry Terrine🍓, how can anyone make it with the same ingredients? Create a dreamy meal.
Such a perfect meal, the bill for two people did not exceed 60,000 yen

Moliere is worthy of being the King of the North, and the set meal is full of surprises. The food and service are of high quality, and the price is affordable. As a long-established Michelin 3-star French restaurant in Hokkaido, Moliere is definitely worth a try. If you are a couple, you should choose this place, and there may be some small surprises.
There are many Japanese chefs who have worked for good European companies and have brought European style cuisine to Japan. Mliere is one of these places and it has three Michelin stars, which many places live up to. The evening was excellent, there were three set menus to choose from, and while not cheap we found the prices reasonable for such a place. The menu is based on typical French cuisine with a Japanese twist, and simply put everything was excellent, presentation, texture and taste, and flavor. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, and for us wine lovers we had the opportunity to try different local Hokkaido wines - fantastic. It was a great evening and would definitely go back if we are ever in Sapporo again.
Sapporo Moliere is a French restaurant that has been rated three Michelin stars twice. The Japanese chef studied in France for 20 years, and the restaurant is named in memory of the French writer Moliere. I wanted to eat there last year but failed to make a reservation. This time I came to try it and it was really worth the trip. The shiitake mushrooms for the appetizer, the warm salad that tests the chef's skills, and the sauce of the main course Ray fin were all amazing. The last dessert opened a new door for me to desserts. The milk ice cream with olive oil and black pepper was amazing. Although the restaurant is on the first floor of a residential building, it is very delicately decorated and the service is very good. The origin, preparation and eating methods of each dish will be explained in detail. It took 2 and a half hours to finish 9 dishes. The three of us agreed that it was worth it.
The French food at Misan is a bit disappointing compared to other Michelin restaurants. The ingredients are not particularly high-end, but that may be due to the relatively low price. The tables are a bit close to each other and are not private rooms. The tableware is pretty, but the taste is average. It can only be said to be delicious, but not particularly delicious. Maybe I have some misunderstandings about French food. I started to be a bit disappointed when I found that there was no big difference between the butter and the one bought in the supermarket. In high-end restaurants, a lot of butter is homemade and tastes better.
Is it considered a Michelin restaurant by accident? Actually, I know this restaurant is Michelin, but it was not on the itinerary at all! Others looked at the menu to see the appetizers and main courses, but my friend was also drunk when I saw the desserts. Then the whole itinerary was about when the dessert would be served, hahaha! The mille-feuille was delicious
