reminiscence, but it lacks a star (I personally give it two stars 👍) Japanese-French fusion restaurant. As soon as I walked in, it reminded me of passage 53 in Paris, with very modern and simple decoration. The same young Japanese chef made innovative Japanese-French fusion cuisine. The same handsome waiter, polite and just the right service. The ingredients, wine and utensils are very suitable. One of the puffer fish milt dishes was the most standard. Reminiscence is a very upscale local restaurant. It specializes in creative dishes and uses only top-quality ingredients. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Two people went there and ordered two dinners (20000 yen/set) and wine pairing (15000 yen). Main course 4 points: Tastes awesome, especially the oyster dish, full of surprising and complex flavors. Very good. Wine pairing 3 points: The wine itself and the pairing are good, BUT! But their wine glasses smell smoky and greasy (like the smell of BBQ oil).

The downstairs was full within half an hour after we sat down that day, so we recommend making reservations in advance. The interior decoration is stylish and clean, with white as the main color. The space is spacious, and you can feel relaxed even if it is full. Every dish is full of creativity and flavor.

At Fushimi subway station, you can reserve a seat online. There are always queues, especially on weekends. The French food is very exquisite. The service in Japan feels more authentic than in France, and the ingredients are also better.
