The driver picked us up at the train station and recommended this restaurant. You can trust the driver, especially when it comes to food. We ordered champagne and vermicelli, which was really delicious. The champagne was from Nagasaki, which is really recommended.
I visited this restaurant after visiting Oura Catholic Church. Nagasaki is famous for its chanpon noodles. They're my favorite Japanese noodles, with a delicious broth and chewy noodles. The vegetables were generously portioned, and the service was excellent. It's definitely worth a try.
How can you not eat chanpon when you come to Nagasaki? I don't know what it is called in Chinese. Anyway, it is a kind of noodles. The 5th floor is where individual customers can eat in. There is a direct elevator to go up. It is a time-honored brand that invented chanpon. The taste is super good and more in line with the taste of traditional Chinese food.
