There is only one sushi master in a small private courtyard, so the guests are quite nice every day. The sushi is quite exquisite, because you can see the master making it, it is totally a work of art.

在一个私家的小庭院里面，寿司大师只有一个，所以每天接待的人不错，寿司做的相当精致，因为可以看到大师制作，完全是在做工艺品。

米其林餐厅，不是很懂这算不算怀石料理的，但这家店的出口真的好精致的，朋友拍完照都舍不得吃的，确实是做到色香味俱全的，五星推荐，价格小贵。

Michelin restaurant, I&#39;m not sure if this counts as Kaiseki cuisine, but the food in this restaurant is really exquisite. My friends couldn&#39;t bear to eat it after taking pictures. It is indeed delicious and tasty. Five-star recommendation, but the price is a bit expensive.

Ca Sento is the only Michelin three-star restaurant in downtown Kobe. It serves Spanish cuisine. Chef Shinya Fukumoto became famous at a young age. The 11-course tasting menu includes a dish from a combination of 6 tapas. The opening dish is Kobe tomatoes. The 6 side dishes include Osaka Kawachi duck sashimi, pickled anchovies, Wakayama bonito, duck blood sausage, etc., which set off the first climax. The Hokkaido prawns are very delicious. More than 30 kinds of wild vegetables are paired with cheese hot soup, which has a unique flavor. The fish main course, Nagasaki brown grouper, is cooked very chewy and served with yellow mustard.
