Imabari Haku Lotte Japanese Restaurant is a well-known Chinese restaurant in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture. According to public information, the restaurant&#39;s founder once worked as a chef at a well-known Chinese restaurant in Imabari.

The restaurant is located at 4-1-19 Tokiwa-cho, Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture. Hours are 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM (various set meals available before 2:00 PM) and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (various set meals available before 8:30 PM). It is closed on Tuesdays and the New Year&#39;s holiday (December 31st and January 1st).  

Established in 1970, the restaurant is a long-established Chinese restaurant in Imabari City. It seats 132 people, offers free reservations, accepts cash payments, has tatami seating, and also offers takeout.

The tonkatsu (pork-seared egg rice) is the restaurant&#39;s signature dish and a signature dish of Imabari City. The fragrant pork and the sweet and spicy sauce intertwined, paired with a soft-boiled egg, creating a rich and delicious meal. The average cost was about 1,200 yen.

After a satisfying meal, we headed out for a walk around the Imabari Pier!

On our hike up the mountain, we met a warm and welcoming Japanese woman who stopped and drove us to the summit observatory. After we had admired the beautiful sunset over the Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge, she then took us back to the bus stop at the foot of the mountain.
