Huanchang Izakaya is a small restaurant with a lively atmosphere. Most of the customers who come here to eat are regular customers from nearby streets. Their fried chicken wings, fried chicken steaks, and fried shrimp tails are all very good side dishes for drinking.

The entrance of the small izakaya we went to at night looked a bit eerie, but it was quite lively inside. It was full of local Japanese people. They actually charged for the snacks before the meal. It was the first time I encountered this, and it seemed to be a local tradition.
