I came to this restaurant three years ago. I didn't go there for its fame, but because it was on the first floor of the hotel where I was staying. At that time, few Chinese people had been there. I had a good impression. The dishes were exquisite and delicious, and the service was friendly and enthusiastic. The waiters would chat with the guests about the dishes and the weather. I took the initiative to give tips after the meal. I went there again today and was extremely disappointed. Not only did the prices increase a lot, but the service was also cold. The main dishes were very salty. I told the waiters but they didn't say anything. I don't know if it has something to do with the fact that there are too many Chinese people going there. There were four or five tables of Chinese people in one night. I hope that Chinese people will pay attention to quality as well as reputation. This restaurant is just a name. It is not as delicious and comfortable as the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel.
I could feel the food in this restaurant when I first came here in 1988. It tastes better now than before. First of all, the service is first-class, the store decoration is very elegant, the menu is very designed, the food is as good as always, and it has won 3 Michelin stars, as well as professional service, innovative combination and perfect food.
This is the best restaurant in Florence. What impressed me most was the wine list. Many vintages of Italian red wine were listed here. I was pleasantly surprised by the 2009 Onalea. There are many wines of this grade around. We ordered eight dishes in total, all of which tasted good and were large in portion.
There are many rooms in the store for customers to choose from. Each room is different, and the installations inside are very imaginative and worth visiting. The sommelier got along very well with us and was very enthusiastic towards customers. I chose flounder, which was super large in size. It was the best flounder I have ever eaten, a full 10 pounds, and the ingredients used were also very fresh.
As soon as I entered the store, I felt the enthusiasm of the waiter, and then tasted a delicious cocktail. I love wine myself, and I couldn't help but feel excited to see so many kinds of wine. The Italian ravioli tasted great, and the desserts were also very delicious. My wife and I are very satisfied with the food and service of this store.
