Osteria San Biagio

Enjoyable dinner at Osteria San Biagio. We kicked off with the beef tartare in hazelnut sauce, followed by off-menu tender coratella and tagliolini al tartufo bianchetto (each bite bursting with flavor). My main course was a succulent beef flank in green peppercorn sauce, perfectly cooked. We sipped sparkling water and a glass of excellent local white, expertly recommended by the sommelier.To finish, we shared a creamy Basque cheesecake and a decadent chocolate éclair with strawberries, both divine. The dining room’s elegant, thoughtfully curated décor created an intimate atmosphere, and the service was flawless, warm, knowledgeable, and attentive.

We are regular customers and we have never been disappointed with anything we have eaten, perfectly cooked dishes and quality of the raw materials carefully chosen, the staff always smiling and kind, the atmosphere is intimate in my opinion and the location is very beautiful (but on this then everyone has their own opinion). I am sure that as far as the food is concerned, anyone who goes there cannot think differently from me.

The experience at this place was nothing short of wonderful. From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere and the beauty of the tavern, everything was perfect. The flavors of the dishes were a wonderful discovery, with an attention to detail and a love for cooking that shines through in every dish we ordered. The background music was much appreciated.
