La Scaletta

The restaurant is in a medievil cellar below a former Palazzo which now houses the museo anticho and the municipio di Genga. It cannot get any more romantic and atmospheric. The food was excellent. The service was also very good even if the proprietor could crack a friendly smile every once in a while.

The place is worth a lot, especially the table near the illuminated rock. The service was impeccable and the food was well-prepared and good. Excellent experience.

The place is wonderful, the service is very professional, the refined food is well presented, the price is medium-high in relation to the quality of the food. The only flaw is a beer (good, nothing to say) but €16 seems a bit high to me, also because it wasn't on the menu. It was enough to say it.. Anyway, very nice and definitely worth it.

definitely a special place. the only shame is the tasting menu. excellent but the choice of menu is not really a tasting of specialties, I found it a little monotonous, good but I expected "a tasting" of specialties.
