Although sausage is an inconspicuous thing, it is a very famous local snack here.

In China, many of us eat roasted suckling pig as a whole. People here also like to cook it in the same way, but they like to tie the pig up with wire.

Watching the chefs prepare food in the open kitchen, I felt like they were making a work of art.

Tucked out of the way close to the ferry terminals, this little restaurant has excellent food and amazing service. No views of anything but cars waiting for the ferry, but I had a book so it was fine. Definitely worth the visit.

We were disappointed: there is a rather limited selection available - and even the fish and chips was not possible - as they were out of chips...Although quality was OK (it tasted nice), portions were very small - especially considering the price.
