We booked a table in China before departure for fear that we would not be able to eat there. We chose to check in at dinner time because we wanted to soak in the beach during the day. The only difference is that you can't take pictures at night, but the lighting is very atmospheric. We ordered the Indonesia Set, which is a fusion of Western and local cuisine. From appetizers to main dishes to desserts, everything is perfect. It's worth it!

Balinese cuisine, ordered the specialty pepper beef, the shrimp wontons were also delicious, the Indonesian fried rice was okay, this fried rice is a must-order for every meal. This restaurant is a little bit higher than the local ones, you can tell from the presentation of the dishes.
The environment of the restaurant is very good. The waiter's service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. When seeing a child, he will actively ask if a baby dining chair is needed. The dishes taste very good and the speed of serving is also OK. Overall, I am very satisfied
Great setting, good but not great food I had seen lots of pictures of Merah Putih on Instagram before arriving in Bali. The architecture of the building is seriously impressive, some of the food was good but overall it wasn’t as outstanding as other places we went in Seminyak.
Went for dinner as a large group. Ordered a set menu which was excellent - we also had a couple of vegetarians and they also enjoyed the food. Highlights were the beef, lamb and mushrooms. The chocolate desert was also excellent. Nice setting too. Overpriced.
Merah Putih is a restaurant that claims to be rated Michelin. I am not sure whether the quality is good or not, but the portion is really small. However, the taste is really perfect...
