This should be the best nightclub in Bali. We had dinner here first. The waiter was very attentive to our needs. After dinner, we went to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors to dance. The gourmet restaurant [Sambal Shrimp] in Seminyak, Bali, specializes in Indonesian barbecue and some authentic local food. The restaurant is located on the main street of Seminyak. There is a bar on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor.
The decoration inside the store is very Southeast Asian, and the antique door railings are very delicately carved. Sitting on the outdoor terrace, you can see the street view and the sunset, and it is very pleasant to eat barbecue in the breeze.
His more famous dishes are shrimps, which are prepared in various ways. The cold dish recommended is [Lime &amp; Kemangi Shrimp], which is marinated with fresh freshwater shrimp and Balinese spice grass, and finally served in an oversized glass red wine glass with a few slices of lime. It is quite interesting in appearance. However, this dish starts at at least 200gr.
I also recommend their shrimp appetizer series, which uses fresh shrimps and different local ingredients to cook, which is quite unique. I ordered [Shrimp Sambal Undis] and [Sauteed Kangkung with Baby Shrimp], both of which tasted very good. I also ordered some [Grilled Shrimp] and a whole [Grilled Squid], paired with the special Sambal sauce, which is perfect for drinking.

This restaurant is a little out of the way, but worth a visit. Ordered seafood, saffron soup, tasted good, ingredients were good, main course was seafood beef balls, tomato stewed rice noodles and grilled ribs, the portion was large, the beef was very tender. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and a good environment. The price is high.

As an asian, I had one of the best Asian culinary delights at Ginger Moon! Pleasantly surprised to find fine balinese food here! 

We started with the Flying Fish, a perfectly fried fish that lacked the usual oily taste. It was so crispy and perfectly seasoned that we could even eat the bones! The fried rice with pork ribs was one of the most flavorful fried rice dishes I&#39;ve ever tried, bursting with savory goodness. The vegetables, drizzled with a rich and nutty peanut sauce, added a delightful contrast to our meal. The Chicken Satay was tender and juicy, with a smoky char that complemented its sweet and spicy marinade.

For drinks, we refreshed ourselves with dragon fruit and lemon with ginger slushies. The dragon fruit slushie was subtly sweet and refreshing, while the lemon with ginger slushie had a zesty kick that was incredibly invigorating.
