Fortunately, it is also one of the three breakfast restaurants of Ayana Hotel. However, to have breakfast in this restaurant, each person needs to pay an additional 10 US dollars. Who cares? It's 10 US dollars anyway. 6 people paid 60 US dollars, 420 RMB, which is a bit painful. The good thing is that the restaurant is sparsely populated and quiet, but the quality is a bit lower than the other two restaurants. Before the trip, I had been communicating with the hotel's Chinese customer service by email to ask various questions. On March 10, I made an appointment by email in advance for dinner at the hotel's famous Dava at 8 pm on March 12 (dinner business hours: 18:00-23:00, last order time 22:30; after we checked into the villa, we also had breakfast here, breakfast business hours: 07:00-11:00 ). After the reservation was successful, I was worried about flight delays, customs clearance delays, etc. In the end, we were very confident and all the times were accurate! We arrived at the restaurant at 8 o'clock! The restaurant advertisement in the hotel elevator! It's really popular! DAVA restaurant is located in the AYANA villa area (on the left side of the villa lobby). From the area where we stayed, we needed to take the resort's unique wooden shuttle bus to arrive. The staff at the door would direct us to where to line up. Generally, there would be two shuttle buses to alternate destinations, one to the AYANA villa area and the other to RIMBA, another hotel in the resort. Just ask the driver before getting on the bus. The popular dishes of their restaurant are the beef tenderloin and Canadian lobster in the advertisement. This is also where I complained because we went late and were told that the lobster was sold out when we ordered. . . . Alas~ Fortunately, I got compensation in kisik later! The restaurant's dinner menu, many of the things I wanted to order were gone, but fortunately the best wagyu was still there! In the end, each person ordered a main course, plus 2 drinks! Because I had already drunk a lot of alcohol on the plane. . . . The main courses were the signature "KIWAMI wagyu marbled ribeye 9+" (180g), "Australian lamb chops" (200g), and "roast suckling pig" (recommended by the chef). The drinks I ordered were "Lime passion fruit iced tea" and "Lemon grass iced tea". By the way, all the prices here need to be added with "000" at the end, and finally 21% of the total amount (10% service charge, 11% government tax) needs to be added. 9+ grade wagyu beef is indeed tender and juicy, choose medium heat to cook! The pink color after cutting is very pleasing, and the feeling of eating is great. The waiter will help sprinkle black pepper. According to personal preference, I don’t like to match his sauce. I prefer to choose the sea salt mentioned above. It’s better to sprinkle it on the original flavor! It can highlight the advantages of meat quality! The lamb chops are slightly overshadowed here. The overall taste is old. Because of the comparison with wagyu, it can’t be blamed. There is no harm without comparison. . . If the steak scores 95 points, then this lamb chop is probably 80 points at most! The chef’s recommended dish-roast suckling pig, I love and hate this dish. The pork is very delicious and tastes good, whether it is paired with the sauce he provides or not. The sauce can add more points, but. . . The skin was super hard, I couldn't cut it with a knife. It was much harder than the roast suckling pig I had before, but it was super fragrant and delicious. I ate half of it with my teeth, and my teeth couldn't take it anymore. . . If the skin wasn't so hard, I would give this dish 95 points. Now it's 90 points~ My teeth hurt. . . After tax, the total cost was RP1,839,200 (about ¥960). Because we didn't eat lobster, it was much cheaper than our budget.

My wife and I were on vacation in Bali on Valentine's Day. We happened to be staying in a resort, so we chose this steakhouse to celebrate the holiday. The dishes were standard, all OK!
