Today is a French dinner. It is the standard of French cuisine. French cuisine is more to my taste. The lamb chops are excellent without the smell of lamb. There is not too much fat but the meat is still delicate and chewy. The foie gras has a solid and dense taste and a mellow aroma. After the meal, the waiter asked me what dessert I like best? I said Sorbet (similar to Italian gelato) is too much.
