The weather was getting colder, and I really wanted to eat some steaming hot sukiyaki. So I checked in at this Japanese restaurant called Orient Extreme. The wagyu beef was really fresh and tender.

感觉天气渐渐转凉了，就特别想吃热气腾腾的寿喜锅了，于是打卡了这家Orient Extreme的日本料理餐厅，不愧是和牛肉，特别鲜嫩。

The firm roasted lamb and offal sausages are delicious and not smelly, but you will feel sick of them after eating them, especially the sausages soaked in soup. The Basque cake is not what I imagined, but it is delicious as a cake~

It was my first time to try the two-star restaurant Restaurant Le Gabriel (Shanghai Yubaoxuan failed). The truffle appetizer was very creative, the main dish rainbow trout was amazing, and the price-performance ratio was high 🍾 In the end, I had no money to pay the bill after eating, so I was detained in the kitchen to work to pay off my debts

The chef was once the assistant of Arpege in Milan, and later went to Ambroisie and Pierre Gagnaire, two three-star restaurants, to learn. He combines Spanish, American, and Japanese flavors.
Each dish is very small, with a set meal plus appetizers, a total of 18 dishes, which took nearly 3 and a half hours to eat. Each dish is very delicate, attentive, creative, and there is no mistake. Although it only has one star now, I believe it will be able to get another one within two years. It is a French restaurant worth trying.

New Zealand lamb kebab roasted pork skin, highly recommended, it is pure lamb, with a little bit of lamb smell, but I love it, the roasted pork skin is also very glutinous, full of fat, and quite tough ~ the price is really cheap ~

The service was attentive and thoughtful, never intruding on our time or space. Kilian was exceptional. The dishes were captivating, colorful, and vibrant. Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, I only have one stomach and I wanted to eat too many dishes. I bought milk tea outside before I came in, so I had to lean on the wall to leave~
This restaurant can actually have more friends, four, five or six people is better.
