The whole process was to tear a kind of soft bread called injera bread into small pieces by hand and wrap various dishes to eat. The tableware used was plates and cups. It seems that Ethiopians prefer sour food, whether it is honey wine, injera bread or dishes cooked with local special seasonings. The only thing I didn&#39;t have the courage to try was the special seasoned raw beef filling. ​

Great food, environment and great service. Highly recommended for couples, the view of the Nile is very nice.
