Actually, this is a restaurant that I want to recommend and complain about. The pizza here is really good. The sourdough crust is very good. The toppings are mostly produced by their own farms, and they are mainly organic. The price of a pizza is 12-20 euros, which is one size smaller than the average pizza, but considering that the prices in Colombia are already expensive, and all the ingredients are organic, the price is acceptable. But! What I want to complain about is the pizza expereice tasting set, 400dkk, which is almost 50+ euros per person. Although it is said to be 3 pizza flavors, in fact, the total amount is actually 2 people sharing a whole pizza, and it is also all vegetarian, which is also drunk. It is recommended that friends who go there to eat directly order the pizza they want to try. The tasting set here is a bit of a pit (the set does not include dessert). There are so many snacks in the tasting set. We both felt that we were not here to eat pizza: Meat platter: bresaola, Italian air-dried beef slices, was delicious, smoked ham, fat and meat had a good taste, spicy salami, Huzi said it was not spicy but very tender, and smoked ham speck was just average (Salami and Speck were not eaten by my classmate because he was afraid that the fat was too heavy). Spinach with cheddar cheese tasted sour, pork liver with mustard was not fishy at all and very delicious, and the roasted cauliflower tasted a bit strange at first. Scamorza cheese with a lot of vegetables, the cheese is great, and the feeling of eating with vegetables is a little different. Both of them think that the pizza styles in this tasting menu are too basic, and the toppings are not particularly outstanding. It is better to choose the pizza you like. It needs to be said that the pizza crust here is really praised. After eating it, you will not need to drink a lot of water that night. For more sensitive friends, you will not feel uncomfortable in your stomach when you wake up the next morning.
