Coffee Collective Jægersborggade

A chain of high-end coffee shops in Copenhagen. The coffee there is good. The coffee beans are all roasted by the shop itself and are very good. I really like the chocolate croissants there, which are very authentic.

I have to be honest, I am an absolute snotty kid who drinks coffee. This place was recommended to us and we went in en masse for a cup of excellent coffee. God was it worth every step, braving every degree of freezing we had to endure to get there. I usually pour in a teaspoon of sugar to neutralize the bitterness of many coffees, but after one sip it was clear that there was not a trace of unpleasant bitterness and therefore no sugar was needed. Just pure, unadulterated coffee in my tummy. Needless to say, we went back twice on our last trip.

I was meeting up with my nephew (who is studying in Copenhagen) and he suggested we meet at a cafe for breakfast. Awesome! There is some kind of Coffee Collective in Copenhagen; I met him at Torvehallerne ("Glass Market"). The Coffee Collective is a cafe located in the food market (indoors/outdoors). A very cozy and fun place with a great atmosphere. Seriously the best coffee I've ever had! It was fun to look around and see the other food vendors.

A must for all coffee lovers. The team here make great coffee, with two types on offer and the staff are happy to go out and find the one that best suits your taste. You can also buy beans to take home. Another must! We approve of their blend. It's a great rich and creamy. Right up our coffee street.

If you're a coffee connoisseur, like myself (just kidding, but I love coffee), then you'll love Coffee Collective. All three of their locations are easy to get to, and one is located in this cute glass-covered market type area that reminds me of Seattle. The baristas are all helpful and friendly. You can buy coffee, cups, and beans! Just sit down if you have an hour to enjoy the coffee and atmosphere!
