For a foodie, the focus of traveling is not shopping and sightseeing, but eating and drinking! 

Fuding, located at the junction of Fujian and Zhejiang, is not a big city, but it has a rich variety of delicious snacks. This city, deeply influenced by Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism, has a long history of food culture. Most snacks are made from local specialties and are traditionally handmade. The streets and alleys are full of snack stalls and snack shops, and you won&#39;t feel tired even if you eat for a week.

On the evening of our first day back from Jiulixi, we came to the seafood street in Fuding. Before the seafood feast here came up, there were appetizers on the table.

Then various seafood feasts came up one after another. Meat dumpling, the full name is Yanpi dumpling, Fuding&#39;s meat dumpling is really thin in skin and large in filling, and very chewy

Fuding is rich in betel nut taro, which is huge in size. Therefore, there are a variety of dishes made with taro, and the locals like it best with frosting taro. Simply fry it and then sprinkle it with a layer of icing sugar.

Escape from the hot Fuzhou on the weekend and go to Zhouning, a summer resort.
Driving there, Fuzhou-Zhouning is about 2.5 hours

The itinerary is Day 1: Jiulong Waterfall + Liyu Creek, Day 2: Xianfeng Mountain + Liyu Creek, double brushing at night and day, and both are now free admission time. (Before 8:00 in the morning, after 18:00 in the evening)
The stream flows from top to bottom, and the villagers live along the stream, and people and fish have fun together.
The locals worship carp as a god, and the folk agreement that carp is not killed or eaten continues to this day. If a carp dies, a respected old man will hold a funeral for it and put it into the [fish tomb] by hand.

The carp here are very spiritual and pleasing. There are many small shops selling fish food on the roadside. I bought a cookie for one dollar to feed the carp and ducks. There are many stairs leading to the water in Liyuxi. I saw a special person cleaning the stairs in the morning. It was really good for the carp.

Going further in, there is a large lotus pond. You can&#39;t see the flowers at night, but the bustling ducks add a lot of color to the pond. At 20:00 in the evening, there is a water curtain light show in the lotus pond, where you can squat. The lotus pond is very different during the day. The pink and white lotus blooms in competition, and the sky blue, emerald green and scattered pink form a beautiful Zhouning scenery. This store in Zhouning seems to be doing quite well. The model seems familiar at first glance, haha, it suits the market demand, and the business seems to be pretty good. The store decoration and dining space are very much in line with the small town style.

I was walking on the pedestrian street and saw this shop. I went in and bought two chicken burgers for 10 yuan. There are dining areas on the first and second floors. The shop also sells cakes and bread, and it seems to be doing good business.
