The snacks in Jiangjun Street in Zhijin County, Bijie include rolled rice balls and steamed buns. Rolled rice balls are similar to the pearl meatballs in Sichuan, filled with black sesame sugar. Steamed buns are very funny, with glutinous rice wrapped in pepper powder and beans, and a salty and fresh taste.

On December 30, 2018, after eating Huaxi Feiwan Beef Noodles, I walked a few steps forward and saw this store. There were quite a lot of people inside, so I ran in to take a look.
Then, while looking, the freshly baked hand-torn buns were brought out. They smelled very tempting and were quite big. I can&rsquo;t remember the price clearly, but it didn&rsquo;t seem expensive, about 10 yuan, so I decisively bought one. I can use it as breakfast for the next day or as dry food. I tasted it when I got back to where I was staying. At least the hand-torn buns were not bad. No wonder there were so many locals in there!
