|lamb neck pilaf^ and |lamb spine pilaf^. The lamb neck is slightly thinner than the lamb spine, but it still tastes a bit dry to me. The regular pilaf that does not specify the part has different prices depending on the amount of meat. My family ordered |four pieces of meat pilaf^, which is enough. The overall taste is okay, which is about the same level as the several times I ate in northern Xinjiang. There is indeed a lot of room for improvement compared to southern Xinjiang.
The service is still quite warm and thoughtful.

I ate here for two days in a row at Zhaosu Food Street. This is a family restaurant. The barbecue next door is owned by his relative. The boss is very honest.
