When visiting Huangyao Ancient Town, the innkeeper recommended a breakfast shop, a long-established snack shop, mostly patronized by locals.
I tried the black bean powder and nine-layer cake, which tasted light, just right for people like me who don&#39;t like strong flavors. The boss even asked us if we were used to it and whether we wanted to add flavors. The service attitude was pretty good!
The price is affordable and the portion is large, it&#39;s worth a try!

We arrived at nearly eleven o&#39;clock, and there was basically no one in the shop. . The shop is not big, with seven or eight tables and a food stall environment, but the price is very affordable, the ingredients are sufficient, and the cost performance is quite high. It is worth checking in.
There is a menu on the wall, which is roughly fermented black bean powder, rolled noodles, stone-ground noodles, Guilin rice noodles, etc. I personally recommend fermented black bean powder, water chestnut noodles, and nine-layer cake. The fermented black bean powder uses flat noodles, which are steamed by hand, and then cut and poured into the prepared soup and marinade. The oil is so tempting, and then add lean meat, sour beans, green vegetables, chopped green onions, etc., a very rich bowl. Traveling to Guangxi, this stop came to Huangyao Ancient Town. This farmhouse restaurant is on the left hand side after entering the gate of the ancient town. You need to walk across the stone jumping bridge to reach it. Maybe there is another passage. This is also the farmhouse restaurant recommended to us by the owner of the inn where I stayed. When I came here at night, I had dinner in a place that looked like a big pavilion. There was no air conditioning. It was a bit uncomfortable on a hot day. I looked like I was sweating while eating, and small mosquitoes, small insects, and small flies would come to visit. But the ingredients here are fresh, and the vegetables and melons are all grown behind the restaurant. They are picked and cooked as soon as they are ordered.
