A local friend took me to this old shop, which is said to be a famous snack. According to online reviews, it is also the first place to check in [naughty] There are a lot of people. Unlike other shops that really fry oysters, this one is basically fried. A large pot of hot oil is poured directly into the prepared batter, and it is quickly scooped out. Then I suddenly realized that the oysters were too fresh and the batter had been integrated into one. The noodle soup is also quite good. The small noodles here are relatively thin and smooth, and they are very smooth to eat. The oysters are also very plump, with a good seaside taste. In terms of price/performance ratio, it is acceptable. Although it is a little more expensive than other restaurants, the taste is definitely worth it. It’s just that the seat is not very comfortable.

The oyster omelet is really quite good. The outside is fried very crispy and tastes very good. Each oyster is relatively plump. I personally think it is the most delicious oyster omelet in Zhangzhou Ancient City.

You can choose a small portion of oyster omelette, or a large portion with extra ingredients. The large portion is more recommended because there are more of us and the large portion may not be enough for three or four people, so we ordered another portion. You can also choose to add ingredients to the noodle soup.

It took me a long time to find Jianguo in the ancient city of Zhangzhou. It turned out to be opposite the chapel. This famous local Kezai noodle restaurant is similar to the style of a food stall, but there are still many people eating here.
