The cold fried buns were absolutely delicious! What an unexpected surprise! The garlic was the perfect finishing touch! The best carbs I've had in Yuncheng! Don't miss this place! The waiter highly recommended it, so we ordered it and we truly regretted it. The waiters were very welcoming, proactive, and friendly. The barbecue portion was generous, perfect for four people, but three of us couldn't finish it. The jelly was so thin and soft that it melted in our mouths, which was a bit disappointing. The hot and sour tripe soup was incredibly sour and spicy, probably because of the Shanxi aged vinegar. The Lipu taro took a long time to prepare, but it was truly fragrant, flavorful, and soft. The tofu in the guest dish was a bit too salty. The dried tripe was also generous. The restaurant was a bit shabby, with smokers everywhere. I inhaled nearly as much secondhand smoke in one meal as I would in Shanghai in a year. The sanitation of the restroom can be improved.
