The person holding the bran sieve rotates continuously, and the powder gradually grows in the sieve like a snowball. When it is as big as a mung bean, pour it into another rice sieve and sieve it. The particles left in the rice sieve are the initial pearl powder. Then pour it on a white cloth, gently brush it with goose feathers to dry it in the sun, and the pearl powder is done. When eating, first boil water, slowly sprinkle the pearl powder in, stir with chopsticks, and when you see the pearls sink to the bottom of the pot, you can pick them out and soak them in another cold water basin.
