It took some time to find a restaurant that was open at night during the Chinese New Year. This restaurant had a group purchase, but when I arrived, the boss said it was no longer available. Anyway, I was already there, so I ordered it on the spot. The small pot cost 108, with some unknown mushrooms and a little chicken, but the white pot was relatively light and I felt that I couldn&#39;t eat too much. The mushroom soup tasted okay at the time, but I felt a little thirsty afterwards.

I went there for lunch at noon. The taste was pretty good and the stone was fresh. The four of us spent about 200 yuan, which was acceptable. I feel that the food here in Yuanmou is pretty good. There is also Sichuan cuisine and the cold chicken is good.

I came to Yuanmou Tulin for a visit, but I only stayed for one night and had only one meal, so I definitely wanted to try the local dishes. I checked and it seemed that cold chicken was a local specialty, so I chose it.

Locals may not use reviews very often, so many of the ratings are from outsiders, but |cold chicken^ tastes like medicine, and it has been in the refrigerator, so the texture is hard and the meat is dry. It is true that outsiders may not be used to it, such as me. To be honest, I can&#39;t find any place to praise it. It is too different from Shanghai&#39;s white-cut chicken, Hainan&#39;s Wenchang chicken, Sichuan&#39;s mouth-watering chicken, etc., so if I rate this chicken alone, I&#39;m afraid I can only give it two stars. But seeing that the locals at other tables were still eating with relish, so sometimes food is really a matter of habit and taste, and there is no absolute good or bad.
Except for the disappointment with the chicken, the other dishes were OK. There were many special wild vegetables, which were quite interesting. For example, |Sha Song Jian^ was the first time I saw it, and it tasted quite refreshing. |Liangfen^ tasted pretty good, with two ingredients, but the portion was too large for two people to finish. The best one was |Stinky Tofu Stir-fried with Chrysanthemum^. Although it was called stinky tofu, it actually didn&#39;t smell bad at all. The taste was between old tofu and tender tofu, and the Chrysanthemum was tender, which went well with rice.
The service was not very enthusiastic, but it was quite thoughtful. When ordering in the open kitchen at the beginning, the auntie would also recommend a more appropriate portion and special wild vegetables. In general, it&#39;s worth a try.

Known as the century-old shop &quot;Yuanmou Liangji&quot;, our group went into the shop to taste it. The ingredients are authentic, the chicken is very fragrant, and the taste is good. I must give it a thumbs up. In addition, the wild vegetable soup recommended by the shop is also good.
