The shop is located on a street-side street, and there's some parking right in front, but it's limited. I recommend avoiding driving, as it's difficult to find. Parking on the street is another matter entirely. There's a counter at the entrance for ordering. The specialty is noodle lung (a traditional Xinjiang Uyghur snack made with lamb lungs stewed in flour batter, resulting in a delicate and tender texture). There are also mixed mutton offal and mixed mutton. The prices are a bit high, but even the small bowls are generous. If you don't like spicy food, just let the owner know, and they'll serve it accordingly. The shop is very clean and tidy, with an inner and outer dining area on the first floor, and seating on the second floor. The food was served quickly, and the mutton offal had a rich flavor without any mutton smell. The triangular pancakes complemented the mutton offal soup even better. Northwestern Chinese people have strong palates, so the soup base is slightly salty and savory.
