🏚This dumpling restaurant is a long-standing local establishment, diligently operating for 30 years and beloved by local residents. They carefully select local, seasonal ingredients. Besides the standard fillings, they also offer some unique, less-expensive dumplings that can only be enjoyed in their respective seasons.

⛳️Environment: Dining is divided into several areas, tailored to the building&#39;s structure. Private dining rooms are available. Clean and sanitary. Parking is available at the entrance. Cold dishes are neatly arranged in the refrigerator. It looks clean and clear, so you can eat with confidence.

🥟The wild vegetable dumplings and yellow mushroom dumplings (I forgot the name) are worth trying this season; they&#39;re fresh and delicious. The homemade sauerkraut and green vegetable dumplings are also recommended.

The 22 yuan buffet breakfast wasn&#39;t worth it.

After getting off the train in Yichun, a friend took me to Hongdu Food City for breakfast.

Hongdu Food City is located on the first floor of the Tianhua Hongdu Hotel in Yichun. Since the Tianhua Group is also headquartered there, it&#39;s known locally as Tianhua. The food city is essentially the hotel&#39;s restaurant. During dinner, they sell dumplings, beef noodles, and small plates. Breakfast is a buffet, priced at 22 yuan per person.

The decor has a sense of age, and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. It looks a bit old-fashioned now, but not shabby.

The breakfast selection was okay, with both hot and cold dishes. The main dishes included fried rice, steamed buns, and flower rolls, but no fried noodles or fried vermicelli. There were no freshly made options. There was soy milk, but no milk.

The cold dishes weren&#39;t homemade, mostly just eight-treasure pickled vegetables. People in Yichun seem to enjoy these pickled vegetables quite a bit. We&#39;ve been eating them quite often over the past few days. They&#39;re delicious, and I love them, though they&#39;re a bit salty.

The four hot dishes&mdash;tofu, cabbage, onion and egg, and stir-fried pork with garlic chives&mdash;were edible, but the quality and taste were average.

There wasn&#39;t much else: no dessert or cake, no bacon or ham, not even luncheon meat or fermented tofu.

Our group was quite large, so we wanted a simple breakfast. A buffet would have been an option, as it would have avoided the challenge of satisfying everyone. However, at 22 yuan per person, it wasn&#39;t really worth it in Yichun.
