This restaurant is called &quot;Sanweitang&quot;, &quot;Sanwei&quot; means fear of destiny, fear of adults, and fear of the words of saints. The building was built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 200 years. It is also a scenic restaurant.
I ordered a single meal here and ordered braised hairy tofu^.
The hairy tofu here is quite unique, a little different from the usual home-cooked braised tofu. It is salty and tender. If you taste it carefully, it tastes like fermented bean curd. It depends on your personal taste.

🛌 Accommodation Tips:
Highly recommend staying in a boutique B&amp;B within the scenic area! Our stay at Bo Xin Yun She was truly captivating, with stone paved roads and horse-head walls just outside, and even the sound of night watchmen beating at night. The terrace view from the Xidi Banpo Inn is amazing, and the sunset is absolutely stunning!

📸Photography Tips:
1. The village light is at its softest between 7 and 8 a.m.
2. The aerial shots of the staggered rooftops from the second floor of the tourist park are breathtaking.
3. Bring an oil-paper umbrella for a more artistic feel (available to borrow at the B&amp;B).

🍲Food Report:
&middot; Bo Xin Yao&#39;s modified stinky mandarin fish is incredibly delicious
&middot; 5 yuan for a serving of street-style hairy tofu is a steal
&middot; The Huangshan Maofeng latte at the cafe is incredibly creative

Those ink-painted scenes
are truly only etched in memory.
But the folk songs I heard while tipsy,
the young men I encountered sketching around the corner,
and the village awakening in the morning light...

The ancient viewing platform is a must-visit place, overlooking the picturesque village in the mist and rain. After entering the scenic area, walk straight along the Houbian Creek on the far right to see the steps to the viewing platform.

Then walk into the alleys of the main street and stroll in the primitive residential alleys. These alleys are narrow and deep, with scattered houses on both sides, and ancient lanterns hanging on the lintels, revealing traces of time.

Taste Wang Yitiao wontons, add chopped pepper chili sauce, and the taste is delicious.
