There is no car rental in Lugu Lake. The drivers who tour around the lake all shouted random prices. Some of them were 260 yuan per car for a circle around the lake, and some were 200 yuan per car. You can also share a car, which is cheaper.
We took a shared car from Dazu to Rig, 10 yuan per person, and then from Rig to Daluoshui, 10 yuan per person. From Daluoshui to the Walking Marriage Bridge, we took a Didi, and the fare was 45 yuan.
