[Service] The welcoming staff is very enthusiastic
[Taste] Although it is not the best in Yantai, it is also among the top few!

I won't talk about the taste, there are things for me to taste. I came at 6pm and they had already started collecting the dishes. I would be thankful if the number of dishes here is as much as that of Hanjin City. 178 is not as good as 88, not even half of it. The environment is just ok. Should I say the snails are ok, but I cleared them out.
It's just average, far from a five-star hotel. Still needs improvement.
Stayed at Yantai Shimao Hilton Hotel. The executive lounge was not open. The hotel was very generous. The executive treatment directly gave afternoon tea and evening buffet in the western restaurant. To be honest, this evening buffet is much better than the Pullman next door. They are also free. Pullman's not only makes people not appreciate it but also make people angry, while Hilton's is value for money. The two prices are actually the same, but the quality gap is very large. Half an hour after the Pullman evening buffet opened, I was the only one who reserved the place with executive treatment. No one paid for it, while Hilton's side was in full swing and directly full. It seems that the public's eyes are also sharp. Don't go to Pullman to be a victim. Although there is a distinction between members who enjoy executive treatment, they can only sit on the high chairs at the bar, and the table is cramped, but here is also facing the invincible sea view, which is refreshing. Dining has become a kind of enjoyment, and it is all free, so you can't ask for more. You can't grab the seat of paying guests, right? The theme of dinner is the Southeast Asian Food Festival. There are many related dishes, but the taste of this aspect is relatively average. Bak Kut Teh and Thai seafood mango salad are okay. I was impressed by the small seafood in the sauce, which was quite tasty. The clams were not big, but they were plump and good quality. The hot dishes were also very tender and fresh. The tripe in the blood curry was quite generous. I ate a lot and it was so spicy that my stomach hurt. There was a big pot of coconut chicken, and the seasoning was better than what I had in Sanya. There was a strange avocado and grilled eel pizza, which was sprinkled with bonito flakes. It looked ugly. I refused it at first, but after a bite, I found it good. The hot crust was crispy and cooked to the right temperature. The sashimi was of medium quality, at least better than Pullman's, which I dared not even take. There was also a small hot pot, the baked dessert stall was average, the ice cream was Duberry, and the flavors were quite good. The service was very good throughout the whole process, and the plates were collected in a timely manner. There were also shortcomings. There was no sugar-free drink. I should have brought two bottles earlier. #Youth Ring Food Diary #Romantic Date Restaurant #Enjoy a Seafood Dinner #Scenic Restaurant #Buffet Guide
Yantai Hilton is one of the few international five-star hotels in Yantai city. The rooms of this Hilton can see the sea view. Because of the summer vacation, the price is also rising. The overall experience is that of a standard Hilton. It will not go wrong, and there is nothing amazing. It is just in a superior location. Moreover, it rained on the day of check-in, and the sea view room actually did not see any view, which felt a bit worthless. Breakfast is on the 26th floor of the hotel. There are many people and it is quite chaotic. Many things will not be replenished after eating. The pot stickers were snatched away at 8:00 in the morning. Only the last two cans of original yogurt were left. The freshly squeezed juice did not feel freshly squeezed. The bread here was also empty and no one replenished. For breakfast, the noodles here are a little better. The only advantage is that this Hilton has a small private room where you can privately watch the 180-degree sea view. I enjoyed it alone (I guess other guests don’t know that they can sit here for breakfast). This exclusive sea view private room is still worth having. The other experiences are really bad, and it doesn’t look like a five-star hotel at all. The breakfast took 45 minutes in total. I didn't see anyone replenishing yogurt and bread until I left. I was too lazy to take them and eat them. The quality of this breakfast is not as good as eating out. The level of chaos is comparable to that of Grand Hyatt Xi'an. The taste is also average. If it weren't for the bonus of the sea view private room, I would probably write a bad review. That's it. #和你分享的海 ##城市食饮指南 #好看的活力早餐 #浪漫生活记录者 #景景餐厅 #美食林餐厅打卡
