They use an old-fashioned copper hot pot with charcoal underneath. The hot pot is filled with spare ribs, crispy pork, meatballs, and various vegetarian dishes. As recommended by the waiter, the four of us ordered a No. 4 pot, which we couldn't finish at all as the portion was too large and the fire was too strong. It felt like it was about to burn. There was a pot of chopped green onion soup brought by the waiter next to it, but we didn't know what it was for. Later, we watched the table next to us doing it and found out that it was poured on the hot pot ingredients to prevent the hot pot from burning. The lotus root slices in the cold dish were very crispy and delicious, so we added half a plate. The steamed buns looked good, but we couldn't eat any more.

The small pot was large and two people couldn't finish it. The so-called hot pot is to put the cooked ingredients in the hot pot and add soup to stew at any time. There are probably white meat slices, spine pieces, crispy meat, meatballs, kelp shreds, fried tofu cubes, vermicelli, cabbage, etc. It's delicious and hot, suitable for hungry travelers like me.
