The oil bursts in your mouth and it's so fragrant. And the large eggplant with meat 🍆 is really unique. It has minced meat and egg in it. It's fragrant and delicious. A local pointed me in the direction of this braised pork BBQ place. We arrived early and sat on the street. The line started forming around 5:00 AM; locals really flock here. They have all sorts of small intestines: chestnut, sansho pepper, leek, and I love them all... They're grilled until they're sizzling, crispy, and moist without being greasy. The chicken kidneys, eel, and kidneys are so fresh, and the fillings are generous. The baby pork is a must-try; it's fatty but not greasy, and has a nice, sticky texture. The stuffed green peppers with meat are also delicious, and the grilled eggplant with egg is incredible. Their dipping sauces are also delicious, both the dry and vinegar versions are fantastic. 😭 They're open during Spring Festival too. Awesome!
