Linjia can be said to be the representative of Minnan cuisine, and this restaurant on Huandao Road is the best among Linjia. First of all, the environment. Minnan snack platter is a bit hard to get used to the vinegar meat. But if you want to try Minnan snacks, I suggest you order this platter. Minnan boiled intestines are the flavor I like. But some people may find it a bit bitter. The great thing is that some snacks are ordered by order. You can order one or two and not eat too much. But the amazing thing is that rice soup is provided here. It is very authentic, so it is easy to get full. If you eat too much, you will have no appetite for other dishes.

For people from Jiangnan like me, Xiamen’s cooking style is generally a bit light. The original flavor is out, but the taste still needs to be adapted. I just found out that this store opened a branch in my great city of Shanghai a few weeks ago. Wow, it’s a long way away, but the experience is not bad.
