The smoked goose at Lan Gu is delicious, slightly spicy, and the smoked flavor is just right. The stir-fried seasonal vegetables are just the right amount of saltiness and heat, the steamed red-eye fish is delicious, and the red mushroom tofu soup has a great color! When I went to Wuyi Mountain, I ate two meals at their house.
This restaurant is just downstairs from the Chashanfang Inn at No. 3, Old Street, where we stayed. There were quite a lot of people. We ordered their specialty, steamed red-eye fish. Because it was cooked and killed, the food was slow to come out. We waited for about half an hour, but it was worth the wait. The fish meat was super tender and tasted better with the soup, but it was a bit salty at the end. The cinnamon was fragrant. The meat should be tenderloin, but there was more cinnamon, which was really super fragrant. The bamboo shoots were mostly tender and tasted great with the sauerkraut.
This should be considered a restaurant with a very good environment in Wuyi Mountain, with many indoor seats. Before coming, we asked people in the scenic area and the B&B owner also recommended it, so we came to this restaurant. The proprietress was very polite. We ordered a few signature dishes. The portion of each dish was very large. It is a very cost-effective dining spot for tourists. Overall, the dishes cooked here are very distinctive, with good cost-effectiveness, and it is worth recommending!
It is a well-known high-cost-effective restaurant, honest, friendly, and delicious. I ate three meals here and ordered different dishes. My family was very happy. I recommend it.
