Long Man Wonton is a traditional snack in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It belongs to Zhejiang cuisine. Cut into strips, simmer in boiling water for two to three minutes before serving. The hot, slippery rice noodles are served in a clear, vibrant broth, and the noodles are incredibly smooth. The beef wontons, with their wrappers so thin they resemble ethereal clouds, each wonton blossoming in the broth like a flower, a truly captivating sight. They're generously topped with seaweed, shredded egg, dried shrimp, cilantro, chopped green onions, shredded carrots, and shredded mustard greens, creating a truly beautiful bowl of wontons.
