A day of being captivated by Coconut Chicken while surfing in Wanning 🌴🌊 This Coconut Chicken in Sun Moon Bay is pure island salvation! 🍗Coconut Chicken (Riyue Bay Branch) 📍Across from the Riyue Bay National Surfing Base (just look for the coconut tree sign) ⏰11:00 AM - 10:00 PM | 80 yuan per person, eat until you're leaning against the wall 🔥Three must-order items: 1️⃣ Freshly chopped coconut soup base (three coconuts and a bottle of Evian!) 2️⃣ Free-range Wenchang chicken (skin so crispy it feels like chewing a cloud) 3️⃣ Seafood platter (abalone is still twitching before it's added to the pot) Enjoy your meal while watching bikini-clad women surfing 🏄‍♀️ The dipping station has over a dozen Hainanese sauces. During my visit to Sun Moon Bay in Wanning, I had an absolutely amazing meal at this restaurant. I can't wait to share it with everyone! Coconut Chicken Hotpot (Wanning Sun Moon Bay Branch) 🎈 The ocean is just across the street, so you can enjoy both delicious food and a sea view! The base of the hotpot is made with three young coconuts, no water added. It also contains water chestnuts, corn, and coconut meat. The delicate aroma is instantly noticeable upon boiling. As a northerner, I was completely captivated by this authentic coconut chicken hotpot. The rich coconut flavor makes anything delicious 👍 The chicken is also incredibly tender.
