I looked for other Xianglu stores around and found no other Xianglu stores, so I came back to this store. I ordered pig's trotters, duck gizzards, and vegetarian dishes, and they all tasted good. Especially the roasted pig's trotters, which were really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is a must-visit store for foodies.

《4000 km in a month around Yunnan》 The pig's trotters are delicious, the old lady is so kind, and I packed some duck necks and duck gizzards to go back to the B&B to enjoy the scenery with fruit wine. We bought it at the stall at the entrance of the ancient town (not far from the small paper mill). The business hours are shorter at this point. The old lady's house in the town also sells it, and you can buy it at night (unfortunately we didn't find it later😂). And it seems that there is also takeaway! However, |roasted braised pig's trotters^ is still the best when it is freshly roasted. The skin is a little crispy, and the meat inside is very soft.
