I have been to almost all Yunnan restaurants in Beijing, just wanting to eat a bowl of pea flour and rolled rice noodles, but I could never find them. On March 2, I finally got what I wanted. After visiting the Tengchong Beihai Wetland, I went to Liqin Bean Noodle Shop and ordered a small bowl of pea flour and rolled rice noodles. The taste was exactly like the taste of my childhood, really authentic and delicious.

Coming out of the Dieshui River Waterfall, I accidentally found this small shop on the street. The local chartered driver recommended that I try the rice noodle rolls. Although it was past mealtime, there were still people queuing up. I thought the food here must be good, so I decided to go in and taste it. I originally planned to try a few more dishes, but most of them were sold out. Only the rice noodle rolls were left. It was 3 yuan a portion, and it really tasted good and was good value for money.

I just walked here randomly and ordered some snacks when I saw them. They tasted good. I heard from local diners that they often come here to eat. I saw the diners' car parked outside the door and the driver was waiting for him in the car.

Not sure if it's this one, anyway, as a local specialty, I think any one of them is a good choice. The taste is still good, with more ingredients.
