The dishes are very special, authentic, and the service is good. I really recommend Rock Noodles. The decoration style is antique. The Liukou noodles are made up of many different small bowls of noodles, and there are also many kinds of stews on the side, which can be freely combined. I chose a set meal for two people. The dishes are large and I can't finish them even if I try hard. There are many local specialties. I will definitely come to taste them next time I have the chance.

When I heard the name Bingzhou Food Stall, I knew it mainly served Shanxi local specialties, and it should be a good hotel with good value for money. Sure enough, the price-performance ratio was good, and the taste was okay in my opinion. The deep-fried pork was probably the best I had on this trip. I could taste the vinegar aroma but not the vinegar taste. The Daixian boiled fish was crispy and soft, and the Shangdang donkey meat was not bad either. There were not many mutton offal and it had a strong smell. The rabbit head was not as good as the one in Shuangliu, but overall it was not bad and you could go and try it.

This local restaurant in Taiyuan is decorated in a traditional style. People in traditional robes greet guests at the entrance. The interior is spacious with many private rooms. The braised pork is similar to stir-fried pork slices and is quite delicious. The sweet and sour meatballs are sweet and sour, not too strong in flavor, and very tasty. The millet cake is soft, chewy, and sweet. They even gave us complimentary Shanxi aged vinegar. The prices are reasonable.

Tea mountains, bamboo forests and pine forests are the indispensable ecological foundation of Mingyue International Ceramics Village. The original rural style and high-quality supporting facilities make Mingyue Village beautiful, pleasant to visit and attractive to guests.

The decoration is antique and the business is very popular. I recommend the rock noodles and the old Taiyuan sweet and sour meatballs.

Good taste, good environment, excellent service, high cost performance, worth a try.
