Intention

This time, I visited Intention, a bar and restaurant on Dunhua South Road, with friends. It's a charming and surprising no-alcohol bar! We were celebrating our graduation ceremony! We ordered: • 🍟 Fried Platter: Generous portions, crispy and not greasy, perfect as a snack with drinks. • 🍝 Spaghetti: The clams were generous and fresh, the broth was rich and garlicky—the most amazing dish of the whole meal! • 🍹 No-Menu Cocktails: The highlight! You can freely choose the base flavors of "sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy," and even pair them with flavors like "tea, floral, and fruity." Each drink reflects your personality. The owner was very friendly, not only introducing the drinks and chatting about flavors, but also treating us to a shot. Upon leaving, they even gave us a small anniversary gift (a glass + a mini bottle), making us feel their sincerity and warmth.
