It is said that it won the Michelin star two years after opening. Subsequently, a series of its restaurants also accounted for half of the Japanese yakiniku market. Lao Ganbei mainly supplies high-quality Australian Wagyu beef. All Wagyu beef is shipped directly from Australia and matured in the store’s souring cabinet. Only meat that has been soured to a standard will be served. Most of the waiters in the store are from Taiwan. Not to mention their professional and skillful barbecue techniques, who can resist the soft speaking with a Taiwanese accent? Although there are a lot of high-end roast pork nowadays, I will always love the old Ganbei! Although there are many side restaurants in the group, this one will always be my favorite!
