Wulao

The types of meat seem to be somewhat different from those in mainland China. The beef here in Taiwan seems to be a little oilier. A portion of beef is quite large. The soup base looks very spicy, and it goes great with soy products.

This hotpot is so spicy. The old tofu is delicious and can be added for free. The shrimp paste tastes great too, made with fresh shrimp meat. The beef tastes great in the spicy pot.

It’s not really a health-preserving hotpot, but it’s pretty good. The beef and seafood are both of good quality. The baby cabbage feels delicate, and each piece is the same size and carefully selected. The base of the pot is very rich.
